Best fried rice I've had in the valley in a LONG time! Such a simple dish that many restaurants around here haven't nailed but Simis was delish! I got it as a side but next time, I'll get the full entree! Beef with broccoli was stellar, black pepper filet was also great. Will definitely be back. I only got takeout but the service was also friendly and fast.

This is the only Yelp review I've ever written. Simis cafe is my new favorite place. Amazing. Flawless. Incredible. Delicious. Inspiring. Service was impeccable, everyone that worked there was so kind, made sure we weren't hot, helped us pick items from the menu, turned the Olympics on for us. So genuine and friendly and the food was incredible. I will be sending everyone I know here.

Asian fusion to the max, and you need to keep that in mind coming here. Came in on a Saturday evening around 5:30pm - no wait instantly sat. Sitting down, the vibe is so relaxed and calm inside. There were a few other people eating, but I felt very relaxed eating just sitting here. The waitress was easily a highlight of the experience. Walked through the menu but so nice and friendly. Checked in on us and just was really personable and genuine - never felt rushed or anything. We ordered two dishes the Pad Thai and the Sliced Beef Pho. As I mentioned this is Asian fusion which makes sense as their menu sprawls from Pad Thai to Wonton Soup to Pho and then to like General Tso's chicken. The food came out pretty quickly. I ordered the pho so focusing on that more. I would not really call this Pho. The pho broth tastes very heavy sesame oil taste with not too much of the spice taste you usually get in pho (cinnamon, star anise, etc). This broth tasted like wonton soup broth with a hint of pho spices. With that being said, Asian fusion. it's like pho but not pho and surprisingly it was pretty good to me! I felt like the portion was pretty good which I'm glad as it's pretty pricy. However, I finished the whole bowl and drank all the broth. Adding in sriracha and lime and the usual toppings made it some weird pho hybrid noodle dish, and I enjoyed it. Lots of broth and it came out HOT. The pad Thai I had a little bit of but it didn't taste like good pad Thai to me. Missing wok flavor/char taste, and pretty sweet no acidity to it. With that being said pretty decent portion size too. Overall, I would highly recommend trying it for Asian fusion. The dishes in my opinion don't taste authentic but that doesn't mean they don't taste good overall. The pho being very surprising to me. Service and ambiance was 10:10.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the service and the atmosphere. The inside is very clean and they have some drinks/snacks for sale. I came around 5:30pm on a Saturday and it was not very busy. I felt very relaxed, not rushed to finish my food at all. Service was amazing, our server was so sweet. I got the Shrimp Pad Thai, which I thought was not bad as a noodle dish, but it didn't really taste like authentic pad thai. It was missing the wok flavor and I felt that it didn't have much of a strong tamarind flavor. It didn't come with lime and was not very spicy. I did enjoy it as a shrimp noodle dish, it was kind of saucy and sweet, but I don't think I can say it had the authentic Thai flavors. I enjoyed the green onion and the shrimp was nice and plump. My boyfriend got the Beef Pho, which I also did not think was very authentic. It had a strong sesame oil flavor and was lacking in the pho spices like star anise. He enjoyed it for what it was, but it's definitely not your traditional pho. I don't think this is the place for you if you want authentic flavors, but the dishes are not bad for what they are. What I really enjoyed here was the service and the atmosphere. It was very clean, relaxed, and friendly. It's also a good place for indecisive people because you have several different Asian cuisines to choose from in one place.

Simi's is about a mile from us so we frequent often. We sometimes do pick up through Grubhub (which is always fast!) but we decided to eat in house tonight. The people are extremely friendly and accommodating. My husband has crohns and can't eat specific foods and they were more than happy to tailor his needs to the food. I got my usual, and always amazing crab rangoons and vegetable lo mein. They give a generous portion of crab rangoons, I believe 10 (usually it's 6). My husband got the combination lo mein without veggies and said it was delicious as always. We'll be coming back here for sure!
